Mexican Chocolate Pudding
What to Do:Shave the chocolate into the top of a double boiler using a cheese grater. Then mix the chocolate with mil, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Heat the ingredients over hot water until the chocolate is melted. Then use a rotary beater to churn the mixture until it is smooth and all of the ingredients have been blended with the chocolate.
Add vanilla and an unbeaten egg, and beat these ingredients with the chocolate.
Next cover and cook the chocolate and other ingredients for 40 minutes. Resist the temptation to lift the cover until cooked. Then serve warm with the whipped cream. Enjoy.
